The team at Acorn Glassfibre have recently finished a bespoke project, building crazy golf course obstacles to be situated in France. In this blog we discuss the process from enquiry to completion!
We are proud to offer our specialist fibreglass moulding worldwide which is why we have completed many projects over the years for businesses overseas.
We were first contacted by a UK based travel company that provide trips to France. They discussed their specific ideas with one of our team members and from there we could put together a visual of their ideas.
Here at Acorn Glassfibre we can take any design and bring it to life with stunning visuals created to the desired dimensions. We will also take into consideration where the product will be placed which in this case was outside, so we could match the correct materials and weight to make it suitable for the environment.
The products designed were based on the real-life Mont Saint Michel and Chateau Du Baffy which are two of the places the travel company visits, therefor the precision had to be there.
Once the design was agreed on, we started production, working to the customers specification and providing them with regular progress pictures to make sure the project was to their standard and all targets were met. We used materials that would be hard wearing but would also allow us to replicate the real thing effectively.
We agreed on a completion date with the customer and kept in touch with them to make sure this date was still suitable for them. Once the project was finished off by our experienced Fibre Glass specialists, we then took final photos and palletised both products and organised quick and safe shipping.
Unlike other businesses we pride ourselves in taking an idea and concept and producing an exact real-life design, keeping our customers happy!
